Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrations with Academic and Health System Partners.
- Provide technical leadership and shape the direction of roadmaps.
- Build scaling strategies for Academics and Health Systems partnerships.
- Devise creative solutions for technical and business challenges.
- Iterate on products while ensuring quality and security.
- Establish operational and observability frameworks for high throughput pipelines.
- Collaborate with teams across multiple countries and disciplines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, SQL, Java, and R.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and data warehouse solutions like Snowflake.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer empathy.
- Experience with agile development environments.
