Base Salary
$100k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new front-end design components and pages using Claude Code and other coding tools.
- Partner with member services to improve customer response times through agent automations.
- Specify and create data views for stakeholders and conduct ad hoc data analysis.
- Own product features and experiments from idea through specification, build, QA, deployment, and measurement.
- Create tools that optimize marketing design workflows and support landing-page multivariate testing.
Requirements
- A degree in computer science, or 1–2 years of experience as a front-end engineer, product manager, or UX/UI designer.
- Interest in using tools such as Claude to solve business and customer problems.
- Familiarity with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code is preferred.
