Responsibilities
- Design and define APIs integrating service automation platforms with Nokia products.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver service automation solutions.
- Develop and optimize automation workflows for operational efficiency.
- Resolve complex performance, integration, and automation issues.
- Align DevOps solutions with business and technical goals.
- Improve automation, deployment processes, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Coordinate team activities, assign tasks, and support project delivery and team development.
- Design, develop, maintain, and test scalable software solutions for next-generation systems.
- Deliver end-to-end AI solutions and intelligent orchestration workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10–12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and solution development.
- Strong experience in AI/ML engineering, solution architecture, and end-to-end AI solution delivery.
- Deep understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, and model evaluation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI technologies, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, automation platforms, version control, testing, deployment, and responsible AI principles covering governance, security, and privacy.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, or equivalent agent orchestration frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices is preferred.
- Experience designing and deploying cloud-based solutions on Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud is preferred.
- Experience applying MLOps practices for enterprise AI deployments and using automation certifications is preferred.
