Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack Vertical Solutions products using AI coding assistants.
- Write production-quality code across Python, C#, React, and related frontend and backend systems.
- Prototype ideas, validate them with real customers, and turn successful concepts into production systems.
- Design evaluations and measure AI system quality against real customer data and workflows.
- Build scalable, reliable distributed systems supporting AI agents, robots, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Translate customer needs into technical solutions and drive complex technical decisions with stakeholders.
- Drive team adoption of AI-powered productivity tools by establishing norms, measuring impact, and iterating on usage patterns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
- 13+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years focused on distributed systems and backend architecture.
- Strong proficiency in one or more system-level languages such as JavaScript, C#, or Java.
- Full-stack experience with backend services, frontend layers, REST or GraphQL APIs, UI integration, and component contracts.
- Experience building production AI systems involving LLMs, tool-calling, multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, structured outputs, and model-behavior evaluation.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, object-oriented programming, architectural patterns, system design, data structures and algorithms, multithreading, asynchronous programming, synchronization, and cloud-native programming.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, or other modern frontend frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and with Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience using AI coding tools or coding agents such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and technical decision-making skills.
- Preferred qualifications include applied ML, data science and evaluation, large-scale data platforms, retrieval-heavy or RAG architectures, trustworthy AI, workflow orchestration, startup or applied research experience, and domain experience in healthcare, finance, or procurement technology.
