Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit design partners and Early Access customers in collaboration with Sales and Solutions Engineering.
- Own customer technical relationships through deployment, configuration, integration, evaluation, and ongoing usage.
- Drive meaningful real-world adoption and maintain a portfolio of engaged design partners and Early Access customers.
- Translate customer feedback and recurring usage patterns into product requirements, technical insights, and prioritization signals for R&D and Product.
- Work with engineers and product leaders to reproduce issues, validate assumptions, and test solutions.
- Create demos, presentations, solution guides, deployment guidance, FAQs, objection handling, qualification criteria, and repeatable demo flows.
- Enable the broader Solutions Engineering organization on new Agentic AI capabilities and support complex early customer engagements.
- Develop customer references, measurable outcomes, and evidence-based case studies from successful deployments.
Requirements
- Mandatory prior experience at Check Point or another cybersecurity company that develops and sells enterprise firewall or firewall-management products.
- Strong understanding of enterprise firewall and security-management environments, including evaluation, deployment, management, and operation.
- Significant customer-facing technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or a similar role.
- Experience working with enterprise security teams and understanding their technical and operational requirements.
- Strong hands-on technical skills, including the ability to understand, troubleshoot, and demonstrate complex software systems.
- Experience leading customer evaluations, pilots, design partnerships, or Early Access programs.
- Demonstrated ability to create customer references, success stories, or case studies from technical engagements.
- Ability to convert ambiguous customer feedback into concrete technical and product insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical presentations and sales collateral.
- Ability to operate effectively while products and processes are evolving, and to drive engagements across R&D, Product, Sales, and Solutions Engineering.
- Experience with LLM applications, AI agents, production AI systems, APIs, cloud environments, integrations, enterprise software architectures, or early product launches is advantageous.
