Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact within NATO and build trusted relationships across customer organizations.
- Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic products, solutions, and services address their needs.
- Participate in territory planning and execution from initial discovery through the technical win.
- Demonstrate Elastic products and solutions in sales meetings, meetups, and conferences.
- Advise sales teams on product positioning and enable partners through onboarding, education, and sales-cycle support.
- Create customer collateral and communicate customer needs, gaps, and enhancement requests to engineering and leadership teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of successful technical presales experience selling, demonstrating, and implementing technology.
- Experience working with enterprise-sector customers and navigating the sector’s competitive challenges.
- Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software, and technologies.
- History of successful customer relationships and designing architectures that address goals and problems.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, inspire groups, and communicate effectively with large and small audiences.
- Willingness to travel 30% within a region and occasionally internationally.
- Curiosity, continuous-learning orientation, and commitment to developing technical and sales skills.
