Responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate deployment plans across customer and partner teams, including onboarding implementation teams, clearing blockers, managing timelines, and ensuring readiness.
- Use coding, debugging, and systems design skills to resolve technical blockers and accelerate customer deployments.
- Drive and track the initial and ongoing ramp of customer workloads from agreement through consumption.
- Identify expansion opportunities for additional workloads during project execution.
- Drive sustainable product usage, customer value realization, and future agreement renewals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
- Experience with programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
- Experience engaging with, presenting to, or influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Preferred experience in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, cloud AI, networking, migrations, or security.
- Preferred experience with Python or Java and using technical skills to remove blockers and accelerate customer deployment.
- Preferred experience working with product and capacity teams to resolve technical and capacity blockers.
- Preferred experience with Google Cloud products.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew to work with local clients.
