Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical integration projects from discovery and scoping through implementation, testing, and production launch.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise merchants and align technical and business stakeholders.
- Understand customer architectures, infrastructure, business flows, and dependencies to design effective Riskified integrations.
- Guide customers through API and SDK implementations and ensure adherence to technical requirements and best practices.
- Manage integration timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, stakeholders, and go-live milestones across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, Customer Success, and Sales to resolve technical challenges.
- Support occasional pre-sales technical discovery and solution discussions.
- Investigate technical issues, analyze API requests and responses, and provide practical solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Integration Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Implementation Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, HTTP protocols, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Experience analyzing complex customer architectures, system dependencies, and end-to-end data flows.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical integration or implementation projects with international enterprise customers.
- Strong technical project management capabilities involving timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience in ecommerce, payments, fraud prevention, or fintech is preferred.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, payment service providers, and payment gateways is preferred.
- Experience with Postman, SQL, Jira, or similar technical and project management platforms is preferred.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams and enterprise-level stakeholders is preferred.
