Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, test, deploy, and maintain secure, high-quality web-based software solutions.
- Develop Java and Java EE applications, backend services, APIs, web services, microservices, and API gateway integrations.
- Analyze, review, and rewrite programs to improve operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements.
- Work with relational, NoSQL, and Big Data database systems, caching systems, queuing systems, and cloud services.
- Perform code performance analysis, troubleshoot difficult technology problems, and use code quality and security tools.
- Collaborate with clients, customers, management, and cross-functional groups to resolve issues and communicate changes in scope.
- Apply AI/ML technologies, generative AI, AI pair-programming, MCP, LLM, NLP, and related AI solution and security frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 7 years of development experience with Java technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, ORM, and JDBC.
- Experience as a lead developer and hands-on developer, including strong debugging, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the telecom or cable industry and with high-volume, low-latency, business-critical systems.
- Knowledge of Go, Node.js, Python, REST, SOAP, microservices, API gateways, Docker, and web services deployment.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational, NoSQL, and Big Data databases.
- Experience with logging, monitoring, caching, queuing, cloud infrastructure, identity management, SSO, source control, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React is a plus.
- Experience with AI/ML development and solution design, machine learning frameworks, cloud AI services, and AI security frameworks.
- Familiarity with task management and documentation tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, present to groups, and perform in deadline-sensitive environments.
