Base Salary

$123k - $161k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Assess customer and business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs and implementation approaches.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions using Node.js, Python, .NET, ReactJS, and ExpressJS.
  • Develop and integrate cloud-native applications using AWS services including Lambda, S3, ECS, DynamoDB, SNS/SQS, Textract, and load balancing.
  • Support deployments and operational readiness through logging, monitoring, configuration management, and production support.
  • Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and production-readiness activities across teams.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, security teams, and stakeholders to resolve technical dependencies.
  • Apply secure development practices involving IAM, SSO, secrets management, access controls, and least-privilege principles.
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, infrastructure, and production issues and implement sustainable fixes.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Terraform with automated testing, deployment controls, and SAST/SCA/DAST security scanning.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional software development experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting production applications.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one backend programming language or runtime such as Node.js, Python, or .NET.
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and services, preferably AWS services such as Lambda, S3, ECS, DynamoDB, SNS/SQS, or load balancing.
  • Working knowledge of data structures, testing, debugging, application security, and software development lifecycle practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management, secure application development, IAM, SSO, least-privilege access, and vulnerability scanning.
  • Familiarity with GitLab, Terraform, automated deployment pipelines, and source-code management.
  • Experience with enterprise integration technologies such as APIGEE or similar API management platforms.
  • Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with ReactJS and/or ExpressJS.
  • AWS certification such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, or AWS Developer certification is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and responsibly apply new technologies, including artificial intelligence.
