Responsibilities
- Build fully agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Ship production features daily and own complete product areas from concept through deployment.
- Work directly with the CTO and founding engineering team to shape product direction.
- Use customer feedback to iterate on the product and improve outcomes.
- Balance rapid prototyping with the transition to scalable, high-quality systems.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools such as Cursor.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- Demonstrated ownership, resourcefulness, high agency, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to work closely with customers and take projects from concept to deployment.
