Base Salary
$125k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Enhance machine learning model-development tools and frameworks to enable faster iteration by data scientists.
- Build ETLs that process petabytes of data and support novel model-training architectures.
- Integrate machine learning models into low-latency, high-performance bidding infrastructure operating globally.
- Develop debugging and analytical tools for real-time monitoring and adjustment of the bidding system.
- Identify and resolve bidding-system issues to improve campaign efficiency and budget utilization.
- Design, build, and deliver client-facing products across distributed systems and service layers.
- Contribute technical leadership, mentoring, and potentially direct management of small teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of demonstrated success in software development within high-scale enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with multiple platforms and technologies, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark, .NET Core, Java, SQL Server, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
- Understanding of service-oriented system design, distributed systems, and microservices.
- Exposure to machine learning concepts and frameworks is a plus but not required.
- Experience developing web services and always-on systems across varied technologies and service layers.
- Ability to make significant, self-directed, end-to-end contributions to large software projects and evaluate solutions from first principles.
- Ability to work in a hybrid office arrangement in Boulder, Colorado.
