Base Salary
$160k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to engineering decisions while working closely with the founders.
- Design, build, and ship product features end to end.
- Optimize the ranking of profile search results and develop new filters and data sources.
- Improve the user onboarding experience and build LLM-powered product capabilities.
- Develop model fine-tuning and feedback-loop solutions to improve profile insights and search queries.
Requirements
- Have built something from scratch, such as a startup, project, or feature.
- Demonstrate excellence through education, work experience, projects, or other accomplishments.
- Have some experience with core technologies in the stack, including Next.js and AWS.
- Be hands-on, move quickly, learn through building, and take ownership of projects.
