Responsibilities
- Configure and support Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, security settings, and user access.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce.
- Build and support MuleSoft APIs and integrations using API-led connectivity, DataWeave transformations, connectors, error handling, logging, and reusable components.
- Support RESTful and SOAP-based integrations among MuleSoft, Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
- Monitor production and non-production interfaces, troubleshoot failures, analyze logs, and resolve data, connectivity, authentication, and performance issues.
- Support deployment automation, source control, release management, versioning, and environment coordination using Copado and other deployment tools.
- Perform unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for MuleSoft interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with GxP standards through traceability, test evidence, documentation, change control, and version control.
- Use Jira and Confluence to track requirements, defects, user stories, technical tasks, deployments, and support activities.
- Collaborate with technical, business, SAP, Salesforce, and support teams and identify improvements to integration stability, monitoring, and operational reliability.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree and 5 to 9 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, MuleSoft integration development, API-led connectivity, production support, and enterprise interface management.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and development, MuleSoft APIs, DataWeave, RESTful and SOAP integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and ownership skills.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and support production incidents through resolution.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, MuleSoft Developer, Certified Scrum Developer, or SAFe Agile certifications are preferred.
