Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Calypso customizations and integrations.
- Develop Java-based solutions within the Calypso ecosystem.
- Support production and business-critical Capital Markets activities across Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, and Back Office functions.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, support teams, and architects.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical best practices.
- Participate in system upgrades and strategic Calypso platform initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Calypso.
- Solid Java development experience.
- Experience with Oracle and SQL databases.
- Understanding of Capital Markets and financial products.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, messaging systems, or event-driven architectures.
- Ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English at C1 level.
- Experience in investment banking environments is preferred.
- Calypso upgrade or migration experience is preferred.
- Linux/Unix administration knowledge is preferred.
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices is preferred.
