Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, implement, and maintain RPA solutions and automation processes.
- Create maintainable workflows, tasks, objects, solution documentation, and test procedures.
- Analyze business processes and functional and technical requirements to design appropriate RPA solutions.
- Perform unit testing, collaborate with test teams on system and integration testing, and resolve assigned bugs.
- Identify infrastructure requirements, project risks, and change requirements while supporting structured change control.
- Lead technical workstreams or delivery teams, support solution rollouts, interact with clients, and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on UiPath experience, including unattended robots and Orchestrator.
- At least 3 to 4 years of professional experience in programming, scripting or coding, SQL, relational databases, and application development.
- English-Spanish oral and written language proficiency of 85% or higher, at B2+ level or above.
- Experience with process analysis, design, implementation, requirements gathering, problem-solving, system testing, UAT, and bug fixes.
- Ability to manage multiple portfolios, lead workstreams independently, interact with clients, and mentor or coach lower-level developers.
- Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies.
