Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Specify, design, develop, deliver, and support software solutions for consulting, product, practice-area, and client needs.
- Build full-stack applications across backend, frontend, APIs, integrations, and AI-led product capabilities.
- Develop AI agents, bots, automation workflows, and LLM-based features.
- Provide technical support and help deliver scalable, efficient, high-quality technology solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assignments ranging from proofs of concept and MVPs to enterprise-grade software development.
Requirements
- Expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, MVC, Web API, REST, and GraphQL.
- Experience with Python, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar AI tools and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of application development, APIs, databases, ORM frameworks, debugging, object-oriented programming, and scalable application design.
- Experience with Angular or React and full-stack application development.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and code versioning tools.
- Experience developing in one or more of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Experience creating and using web APIs and developing with multiple technologies.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and its workarounds.
- Strong analytical, communication, and business-requirements translation skills.
