Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions for wholesale banking workflows and business processes.
- Implement Apex classes, triggers, customizations, Lightning components, and Salesforce configurations.
- Configure objects, fields, record types, page layouts, security models, workflow automation, and validation strategies.
- Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems for accounts, transactions, risk metrics, and analytics.
- Use OmniStudio capabilities including Flex Cards and guided processes to create dynamic financial services journeys.
- Review and optimize Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integration patterns for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, testers, and stakeholders on requirements, technical designs, impact analysis, and delivery.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support for user acceptance testing.
- Provide production support, incident analysis, root-cause investigation, and sustainable fixes.
- Document technical designs, configuration decisions, and integration mappings.
- Advise stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Apply access controls, field-level security, monitoring, data protection, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- The posting states 4 to 12 years of experience, with qualifications specifying 7 to 9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Advanced Salesforce development and customization skills, including Apex coding, asynchronous processes, custom metadata, and declarative tools.
- Strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud features, data models, and process automation for financial institutions.
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning framework and modern web practices for reusable, responsive components and applications.
- Experience using OmniStudio to model service interactions, configure dynamic experiences, and orchestrate flows.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, security models, workflow automation, validation strategies, and environment management.
- Strong Salesforce integration experience, including RESTful services, middleware orchestration, and error handling.
- Understanding of wholesale banking concepts such as lending, cash management, trade finance, and client hierarchies.
- Clear communication, structured documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
