Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot scalable enterprise applications, analytical platforms, dashboards, APIs, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Build responsive React web applications and reusable frontend components using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop backend services, REST APIs, automation, data integrations, and enterprise workflows using Python and related technologies.
- Create and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and analytical solutions.
- Design and optimize MS SQL Server databases, T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, indexing, execution plans, and performance tuning.
- Develop generative AI and LLM-powered applications with prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool calling, context management, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
- Build RAG pipelines for document ingestion, embeddings, indexing, retrieval, semantic search, reranking, and response generation using vector databases.
- Integrate structured and unstructured enterprise data with LLMs, vector databases, SQL Server, APIs, React applications, and knowledge repositories.
- Evaluate and improve AI response quality, retrieval accuracy, latency, token usage, cost, reliability, grounding, citations, and hallucination reduction.
- Support Git-based development, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, secure coding, deployment, data governance, and production troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Requires 3–5 years of IT, software engineering, application development, or data analytics experience.
- Requires strong hands-on Microsoft Power BI experience, including DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, dashboard development, and Power BI Service.
- Requires extensive MS SQL Server and T-SQL experience covering complex queries, stored procedures, views, database design, and performance optimization.
- Requires strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Python for API development, automation, data processing, and integration.
- Requires experience developing generative AI and LLM-powered applications and practical knowledge of RAG architecture and optimization.
- Requires experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, or pgvector, plus embeddings, semantic search, chunking, retrieval, and context augmentation.
- Requires experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent LLM application frameworks and integration of LLM APIs, REST services, enterprise databases, and frontend applications.
- Requires understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, design patterns, data analytics, data modeling, and reporting solutions.
- Requires experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile software development practices.
- Requires knowledge of secure application development, privacy, authentication, authorization, enterprise AI governance, and strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred qualifications include data warehousing, dimensional modeling, enterprise data governance, AI-powered dashboards, conversational analytics, natural-language interfaces, and experience in large-scale regulated environments.
