Responsibilities
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Create customer and internal workflows for various financial services.
- Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch and improve products.
- Develop internal tools and automation to enhance team efficiency.
- Monitor, debug, learn, and improve post-release.
Requirements
- Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies like React, Next.js, or Vue.
- Solid understanding of backend fundamentals including APIs and data models.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and work with ambiguity.
- Strong English communication skills.
