Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance C#/.NET Core APIs and backend services.
- Build and optimize data models, queries, and database performance.
- Manage service reliability and availability through SLAs, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Collaborate with UI developers, Quality Assurance, and cross-functional teams on end-to-end features.
- Write maintainable code with strong unit test coverage and participate in code reviews and design discussions.
- Manage UAT environments, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor application health, performance, and logs using observability tools.
- Contribute to DevOps automation and infrastructure improvements.
- Support production issues through critical bug fixes and incident resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of backend or server-side development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET Core and RESTful API design.
- Experience with service reliability and availability, including SLA management, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL Server, including performance tuning.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, communication, collaboration, and independent working skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment and commitment to high ethical standards.
