Responsibilities

  • Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain, Crew.ai, SK, Autogen, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Develop and optimize retrieval-augmented generation systems for information retrieval and response generation.
  • Create evaluation frameworks to test agent performance and safety.
  • Implement monitoring and logging systems for agent behavior.
  • Develop documentation and best practices for agent development.
  • Contribute to improvements in agent architecture and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Require 4 to 7 years of experience.
  • Require BE/BTech, MCA, MTech, or MBA qualifications; the education section specifically lists Bachelor of Engineering and MBA.
  • Require advanced Python programming, including asynchronous programming and API development.
  • Require experience with vector databases, embedding models, RAG pipelines, knowledge retrieval systems, prompt engineering, and LLM optimization.
  • Require familiarity with development frameworks and tools, Git, CI/CD, and testing.
  • Prefer experience with multiple LLM providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic, agent orchestration and workflow-management tools, NLP, Docker, Kubernetes, semantic search, information retrieval, and agent alignment and safety.
  • Prefer hands-on experience building and deploying autonomous agents, resolving hallucinations, and applying safety principles.
