Responsibilities

  • Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and related frameworks.
  • Develop and optimize retrieval-augmented generation systems and knowledge retrieval pipelines.
  • Create evaluation frameworks to test agent performance and safety.
  • Implement monitoring and logging systems for agent behavior.
  • Document agent development practices and contribute to agent architecture improvements.
  • Address hallucinations and apply AI safety principles and best practices.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of professional experience.
  • Advanced Python programming, including asynchronous programming and API development.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying autonomous agents, RAG systems, and applications using LLMs and their APIs.
  • Experience with vector databases, embedding models, prompt engineering, and LLM optimization.
  • Knowledge of modern software development practices, Git, testing, and development frameworks and tools.
  • Preferred experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, agent orchestration and workflow tools, NLP, Docker, Kubernetes, semantic search, information retrieval, and agent alignment and safety.
  • BE/BTech, MCA, MTech, or MBA qualification.
