Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
- Develop client-side and server-side JavaScript code.
- Create reports, dashboards, and platform automations.
- Support data migration and foundation data management activities.
- Participate in documentation, testing, and review activities.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and implement fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of ServiceNow experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Strong JavaScript development skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and web services.
- Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
- Knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow data modeling.
- Experience with workflows, flows, and automation solutions.
- Familiarity with LDAP integrations and custom application development.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile environments and strong communication and collaboration skills.
