Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product specialists and the Development Manager to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions focused on Conga CPQ or Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Define development timelines, technical designs, and architectural direction.
- Guide and support developers to align delivery with project goals, quality standards, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, quality assurance, and performance optimization.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least four years of Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- At least three years of experience designing and developing solutions with Conga CPQ or Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud.
- Experience supporting M&A transformation initiatives involving Sales, CPQ, Service, and Experience Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and Salesforce security models.
- Experience supporting multiple Salesforce organizations or ecosystems and complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate within a team, solve complex problems, and manage ambiguity.
