Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve scalable frontend features and shared UI libraries using React and TypeScript.
- Lead cross-team frontend initiatives from idea through production and influence frontend architecture decisions.
- Architect and evolve the module federation-based micro frontend platform so teams can ship independently while maintaining consistency.
- Raise frontend standards for performance, accessibility, testing, and engineering quality.
- Own frontend pipelines in GitHub Actions, including testing, linting, bundling, and deployment automation.
- Integrate AI tools and agentic workflows into code generation, testing, documentation, and task execution.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, and mentor engineers through technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience building production-grade frontend applications with confidence in architecture and implementation.
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript and experience writing maintainable, testable, and performant code at scale.
- Active daily use of AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or agentic frameworks in a reviewable and reliable engineering workflow.
- Experience with monorepo tooling such as Nx or Turborepo, including shared-library structure and boundary management.
- Experience owning frontend CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions.
- Collaborative, product-minded approach and willingness to work across the stack when needed.
- Familiarity with backend APIs, server-side rendering, or mobile web is a plus.
