Responsibilities
- Design and deliver mission-critical partner solutions across security, AI/ML, distributed systems, databases, VPC, and AWS services.
- Build technical specifications and collaborate with AI agents to rapidly prototype and validate solutions.
- Architect and deliver integrations between partners such as SAP and AWS-native services, including data flow, identity management, and compliance capabilities.
- Own full-stack development from system design through deployment, with emphasis on availability, performance, and quality.
- Participate in product definition, architecture reviews, iterative development, code reviews, testing, and operations.
- Work directly with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to understand needs and drive solution adoption.
- Troubleshoot complex distributed failures, lead technical brainstorming, and document solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing and rigorous engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 4 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, architecture, code reviews, source control, continuous deployments, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Preferred: at least 4 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: experience developing or deploying Large Language Models in production and deep knowledge of agentic AI tools, agents, workflows, and integration patterns.
