Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical authority for post-sales customers.
- Guide deployment architecture and environment design.
- Own onboarding engagements from contract to productive adoption.
- Lead engagements addressing architectural and organizational challenges.
- Help customers implement necessary technical and organizational changes.
- Design and document repeatable delivery patterns for onboarding and adoption.
- Translate customer environment complexity into clear guidance.
- Anticipate technical and operational risks and track issues to resolution.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture guides.
- Capture structured product feedback and advocate for improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Forward Deployed Engineering or equivalent role.
- Proven hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure on major providers.
- 2+ years of production experience with Kubernetes.
- 2+ years of experience with Terraform or equivalent IaC tooling.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline design and DevOps practices.
- Working knowledge of cloud security and identity management.
- Understanding of observability practices in distributed systems.
- Experience with AI tooling at both user and infrastructure levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
