Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations and Proofs of Value showcasing the CodeRabbit platform.
- Help respond to customer security questionnaires.
- Provide customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering to address issues and improve the product experience.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in AI-powered development tools and platforms.
- Improve internal tools and document playbooks, guides, and best practices.
- Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Hands-on experience helping customers succeed with a technical platform.
- Experience with software development tools and platforms.
- Comfort working with the command line.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer needs, learn new skills, solve new problems, and take ownership.
- Willingness to mentor and upskill peers through training and shadowing.
- Bonus: experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or GitHub Actions.
