Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and Proofs of Value showcasing the CodeRabbit platform.
  • Help respond to customer security questionnaires.
  • Provide customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering to address issues and improve the product experience.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in AI-powered development tools and platforms.
  • Improve internal tools and document playbooks, guides, and best practices.
  • Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales for smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Hands-on experience helping customers succeed with a technical platform.
  • Experience with software development tools and platforms.
  • Comfort working with the command line.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer needs, learn new skills, solve new problems, and take ownership.
  • Willingness to mentor and upskill peers through training and shadowing.
  • Bonus: experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or GitHub Actions.
