Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions.
- Drive compelling demos and impactful Proof of Values (PoVs) to showcase the value of the CodeRabbit platform.
- Help in responding to security questionnaires.
- Provide feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to address customer issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI-powered development tools.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal tools and documentation of best practices.
- Support transition from pre-sales to post-sales for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Passionate about helping customers succeed on the CodeRabbit platform.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously.
- Working experience with software development tools and platforms.
- Comfortable working with command line interfaces.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation.
