Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Build real-time trajectory generation and decision-making for autonomous flight.
  • Design collision avoidance and large-scale multi-agent planning.
  • Tackle joint optimization across safety, energy, time, and reliability.
  • Plan in uncertain environments with complex dynamics.
  • Extend the autonomy stack for new aircraft and payloads.
  • Prove systems before flight using simulation and validation techniques.
  • Mine real fleet data to validate safety metrics and improve models.
  • Continuously reduce cost and latency while raising reliability.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience building software for safety-critical systems.
  • Strong programming skills in Rust/C++/C for real-time code.
  • Depth in planning and search algorithms, trajectory optimization, or multi-agent deconfliction.
  • Experience with simulation at scale and metrics-driven validation.
  • Evidence of shipping production-grade autonomy in challenging conditions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a focus on documentation and design reviews.
