Base Salary
$150k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Execute implementation tasks for new deployments from requirements analysis to support.
- Guide customers through technical onboarding, integration setup, and troubleshooting.
- Build and own evaluation frameworks to measure and improve LLM performance.
- Provide feedback to shape product and platform improvements.
- Collaborate with R&D engineering teams to develop scalable client solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
- 4+ years of professional Python experience.
- Experience designing and running LLM evaluations to measure model quality.
- Comfortable working with relational databases, APIs, and ETL pipelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
