Base Salary
$131k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in software programming initiatives using Java, JavaScript, Python, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Design, develop, implement, validate, and test customer tools and applications across the software development lifecycle.
- Develop, prototype, and deploy solutions using commercial cloud platforms and infrastructure services.
- Develop software validation and testing methods using JUnit and Katalon and support automated deployment technologies.
- Coordinate with team members, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters on user story alignment and customer use cases.
- Support development activities using GitHub, Jenkins, Unix Bash scripting, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Analyze performance and end-to-end testing results and coordinate infrastructure needs for mission software.
- Establish best practices and standard operating procedures to address customer technical needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- In-depth experience with Java, Spring, C2S, software development lifecycles, and DevOps toolsets and practices.
- Experience with JUnit, Katalon, Python, and Bash in an Agile development environment.
- Experience developing on commercial cloud platforms and using cloud data services such as S3, RDS, and EFS.
- Experience with version control and issue or problem tracking systems.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required.
- Preferred qualifications include structured analysis and design methodology experience and understanding of customer system development policies.
