Base Salary
$180k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead junior team members in test planning and automation.
- Develop test suites, test cases, and test infrastructures.
- Collaborate with software development teams on use case design and automation.
- Implement Python programs for testing workloads and ML models.
- Enhance the end-to-end test suite and regression test suite in CI/CD infrastructure.
- Engage in software bug triaging and debugging.
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of industry experience in software testing and ML.
- Strong understanding of large language models and machine learning fundamentals.
- Experience with Deep Learning, Tensorflow, Transformers, and PyTorch testing.
- Proficient in Python development and Linux environments.
- Self-motivated team player with leadership skills.
