Responsibilities
- Implement and scale Salesforce Service Cloud features such as case management, productivity tools, and Omni-channel.
- Build custom customer- and partner-facing portals on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Develop responsive interfaces using Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and modern CSS/JS frameworks.
- Develop and maintain inbound and outbound REST and SOAP API integrations with external applications and middleware systems.
- Write modular, bulkified Apex triggers, classes, and asynchronous jobs while respecting Salesforce Governor Limits.
- Execute release management, sandbox synchronization, conflict resolution, and metadata deployments through Salesforce DevOps Center and Azure CI/CD pipelines.
- Configure, test, and tune Salesforce Agentforce agents, including prompt templates, topics, and actions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, including object-oriented design, bulk processing, and exception handling.
- Strong Core Lightning Web Components development experience.
- Practical experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud portals.
- Experience designing responsive user interfaces with Salesforce Lightning Design System and modern CSS/JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience developing custom web services and REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Experience deploying metadata and applications through Salesforce DevOps Center and Azure CI/CD or equivalent Git-based build pipelines.
- Practical exposure to or functional training in Salesforce Agentforce architectures.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification is required.
- Platform Developer II, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Agentforce Consultant/Developer certifications are preferred or advantageous.
