Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build resilient, cost-effective Snowflake data models and staging-to-production data marts using dbt.
- Integrate and reconcile data from Siebel CRM, enterprise data warehouse snapshots, and portfolio health hubs into the Customer Data Platform.
- Manage CDP Mart enhancements and evolution to support downstream segmentation and outbound customer journeys.
- Own feature-level architecture decisions, document Architecture Decision Records, and establish approved technical approaches.
- Manage dbt project structure, model ownership, group permissions, and approved-team configurations for self-service development.
- Contribute to Golden Paths, service communication standards, and data orchestration workflows.
- Perform data discovery, technical feasibility assessments, data volume analysis, and complex commercial and marketing logic translation.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, product, and business stakeholders to align definitions and establish a single source of truth.
- Lead feature demonstrations and technical alignment workshops and mentor Level 1 engineers through pairing, knowledge sharing, and code reviews.
- Design automated regression tests and verification checks, and use AI-augmented workflows while validating outputs against enterprise standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or data-focused software development.
- Proven ability to independently design and build scalable data models and staging environments in Snowflake.
- Strong hands-on experience managing dbt projects, testing, documentation, and source-control-driven data pipelines.
- Proficiency with CI/CD automation tools, branch management, and automated code and data quality gates.
- Direct hands-on experience or familiarity with Salesforce Data360/DataCloud CDP ingestion, mapping, and orchestration patterns is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability for translating business constraints into data exclusions, filtering matrices, and performance-tuned queries.
