Responsibilities
- Build product-grade applications and games with high-quality, responsive experiences across devices.
- Optimize applications for runtime resource constraints including CPU, GPU, memory, I/O, networking, and thermal limits.
- Integrate applications with operating system services such as connectivity and notifications.
- Build software that improves model capabilities and generates high-value training data.
- Drive cross-team projects that improve evaluation and training data quality and value.
- Own a component, feature, or system with expert end-to-end understanding.
Requirements
- Deep experience optimizing time-sensitive, real-time, or render-loop applications where system or hardware optimization is essential.
- Experience with mobile and graphics performance tracing and profiling tools, including RenderDoc and Perfetto.
- Production experience building and shipping games, applications, or interactive experiences.
- Experience with performance optimization and resource-constrained systems.
- Experience integrating applications with platforms or operating system services.
- Programming experience with a relevant language such as C++, C#, Python, or shaders.
- Experience owning a component, feature, or system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in AI models and their applications to software development.
- Preferred experience includes developer-facing tooling, SDKs, frameworks, multi-platform development, generative AI applications, evaluation or training data, Unity, Unreal, real-time graphics, and large-scale software architecture patterns.
