Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead by example through hands-on coding and troubleshooting.
- Mentor and guide engineers on the team to enhance their skills.
- Conduct code reviews and establish good coding practices.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality software that meets customer expectations.
- Align software delivery with strategic business timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development.
- Experience with e-commerce or marketplace products is preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Python, React, Typescript, HTML/CSS, and SQL/MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong communication and debugging skills.
- Understanding of unit and integration testing.
