Base Salary
$112k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deliver full-stack customer-facing features, including responsive UI components, APIs, and backend services.
- Build and iterate on AI-powered tools for making Chorus sales-conversation data more digestible and actionable.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical development of other engineers.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and Product Managers to scope roadmap initiatives.
- Test, document, maintain, and take end-to-end ownership of production software from problem framing through delivery.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant software engineering experience building production web applications.
- Proficiency in backend development with Python or Node.js, or frontend development with React or Angular.
- Working knowledge of the opposite side of the stack, including backend services and APIs or frontend frameworks and UI development.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch and/or Solr.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and developing backend services.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, including asynchronous programming and modern language features.
- Experience with TypeScript, static typing, and interfaces.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, responsibility, enthusiasm, thoroughness, and end-to-end ownership.
