Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deliver customer-facing features across the full stack.
- Build and iterate on AI-powered tools for sales conversation data.
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and Product Managers on roadmap initiatives.
- Test, document, and maintain a high-quality codebase.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in either backend (Python, Node.js) or frontend (React, Angular) development.
- Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with search technologies such as Elasticsearch or Solr.
- Experience with RESTful API design and backend service development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects.
- Proficient in JavaScript and experienced with TypeScript.
