Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the platform integrations layer end-to-end.
- Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with third-party platforms.
- Design and implement in-house services for processing large volumes of data.
- Design and maintain RESTful and webhook-based APIs.
- Collaborate with product and platform teams to define integration requirements.
- Build observability into integration systems for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Lead medium/large feature development independently within agile processes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate new tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems.
- Strong experience with Node.js (NestJS), JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Proven experience integrating with external/third-party APIs.
- Demonstrated experience building high-volume data services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols.
- Proficiency with MongoDB and comfort with relational and NoSQL data stores.
- Strong communicator, comfortable leading cross-functional collaboration.
