Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and testable Java/JEE code.
- Contribute to technical solutions and development planning.
- Provide accurate technical task assessments and delivery timeframes.
- Create unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues in an Agile development environment.
- Communicate with Italian-speaking teams and clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in Java/JEE development.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Italian.
- Solid experience with object-oriented design and design patterns.
- Strong expertise in the Spring ecosystem.
- Knowledge of relational databases and ORMs.
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, or Angular is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll and financial business processes is preferred.
