Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver enhancements for real-time and bulk address capture and data quality solutions.
- Support products using C/C++, C#/.NET, Python, and Java.
- Take ownership of delivery and participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare and deliver feature demos and showcases.
- Engage directly with customers and customer-facing business teams to understand user needs.
- Contribute to the evolution of a self-organizing team and to effective delivery practices.
Requirements
- Graduate caliber or equivalent qualifications or experience.
- At least 3 years of C and C++ programming experience.
- Ability and enthusiasm to learn and understand new technologies.
- Ability to analyze problems from different angles and evaluate alternative solutions.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and techniques is desirable.
- Knowledge or at least 3 years of experience with testing techniques and automated testing is desirable.
- Exposure to DevOps concepts, practices, and tools is desirable.
