Responsibilities
- Architect the next-generation Go-To-Market platform using a mix of build and buy approaches.
- Replace legacy SaaS software toolchains with bespoke tooling.
- Contribute to the technical architecture for long-term scalability.
- Develop custom-built agents to replace manual processes.
- Scale solutions incubated by the GTM labs team.
- Participate in all phases of software development, including ideation and implementation.
- Utilize industry-leading AI-powered developer tools.
- Ensure solutions meet the needs of top GTM operatives.
- Enhance technical standards, performance, and reliability.
- Drive operational excellence with metrics and monitoring.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in building high-quality products.
- Demonstrated impact on product and team performance.
- Hands-on experience guiding and leading small teams.
- Strong product, data, and technical fundamentals.
- Experience in setting practical technical strategies.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience in running critical systems migrations.
- Fluency with AI-powered developer tools like Claude Code and Codex.
- BSc in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Maths, Statistics, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in building AI-native products and high-availability platforms.
