Responsibilities
- Own product features end to end from initial hypothesis and prototype through experimentation, implementation, and production release.
- Lead product discovery by designing and running rapid experiments to validate ideas.
- Gather and prioritize customer and partner pain points through recurring contact with customers, partners, and Sales.
- Design and implement tracking and analytics to support data-driven product decisions.
- Build across the full stack and contribute to architecture decisions through release.
- Balance short-term validation with long-term scalability and autonomously drive initiatives forward.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Engineering delivering end-to-end software features.
- Strong full-stack skills with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
- Experience integrating software with external systems such as CRMs, calendar tools, and databases.
- Ability to identify, track, and act on product metrics.
- Experience gathering customer feedback and translating pain points into product improvements.
- Native-level German proficiency and fluent English.
- A deep product mindset and ownership beyond writing code.
- Experience with AI/LLM integration is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with GDPR compliance and EU AI Act considerations is a plus.
- Comfort with remote-first, async-heavy work and CET timezone overlap.
Benefits
- €80,000–€120,000 annually plus equity.
- Fully remote role with expected Central European Time overlap.
