Responsibilities
- Automate CI/CD pipelines for zero-downtime deployments.
- Create smart pipelines encouraging reusable workflows and simplicity.
- Streamline build/test/deploy workflows.
- Build shared tooling to accelerate teams.
- Reduce friction in development processes.
- Collaborate with developers to identify pain points.
- Champion best practices through documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or 5+ years of industry experience in DevOps/SRE, developer tooling, or infrastructure engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools for building scalable, reusable pipelines.
- Experience with local dev environment tooling and containerized development workflows.
- Experience with creating starter templates for rapid service spin-up.
- Strong ownership and a builder mindset.
- Problem-solving rigor and attention to detail.
