Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web-based applications and APIs.
- Perform manual and automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Design, develop, maintain, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Log, track, and manage defects through resolution using test management and defect tracking tools.
- Validate data structures, data integrity, data storage, and data flows, including data lakes and data warehouses.
- Support testing of AI-assisted features involving prompting, agents, natural language processing, and large language models.
- Maintain version-controlled test assets, quality records, test results, and process documentation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate testing status, defect findings, and quality observations and contribute to planning, reviews, retrospectives, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Degree-level education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in software testing, software quality assurance, validation engineering, or a related technical role is required.
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing test plans and test cases for web applications and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Working experience with TestRail, Azure DevOps, Azure DevOps Test, or comparable platforms.
- Practical experience with data validation, data structures, data integrity, and data storage concepts.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and tools, including LLMs, NLP, agentic AI development tools, and AI-assisted applications.
- Experience with GitHub or comparable version control tools.
- Strong English communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- ISTQB, Agile or Scrum, Azure DevOps, or AI data-related certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools such as Co-Pilot, Claude Code, and Open AI Codex.
