Responsibilities
- Understand requirements, analyze system flows and data usage, and design software solutions for client needs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate problems, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot queries, and recommend system improvements.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, layouts, reports, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, engineering staff, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, and support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain current programming knowledge through training and continuing education.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Ability to design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software problems, system performance, and software-hardware interfaces.
- Ability to create test cases and automate software validation.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders and provide customer-focused support.
