Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable generative AI solutions for engineering workflows.
- Design multi-agent systems with orchestration, coordination, and persistent state management.
- Build intelligent agents that automate repetitive engineering tasks and analyze high-dimensional data.
- Develop interfaces for agents to invoke APIs, query high-dimensional databases, and interact with custom toolsets.
- Lead cross-functional architecture discussions and translate product goals into robust technical system designs.
- Deploy and manage large-scale software applications in enterprise production environments.
- Implement model selection, intelligent routing, fallback strategies, and evaluation systems for deployed agents.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in AI/ML-related projects and production-scale generative AI solutions.
- Master’s or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of multi-agent system design, including orchestration, coordination, and persistent state management.
- Strong command of Agent Communication Protocols such as MCP and A2A and distributed agentic workflow frameworks.
- Expert-level software development and scalable, modular architectural design skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional architecture discussions and develop robust technical system designs.
- Preferred: 10+ years of professional AI/ML experience and technical leadership.
- Preferred: proficiency in Python, including core and asynchronous development, and FastAPI or Flask.
- Preferred: experience deploying generative AI solutions for complex, high-dimensional, domain-specific engineering data.
- Preferred: experience with enterprise-grade production software lifecycles, LLM provider routing and fallback strategies, and generative AI evaluation systems.
