Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable generative AI solutions for internal hardware engineering workflows.
- Build intelligent multi-agent systems with sophisticated orchestration, coordination, and persistent state management.
- Create agents that automate repetitive engineering tasks, analyze high-dimensional data, and access historical design intelligence.
- Design interfaces that allow agents to invoke APIs, query high-dimensional databases, and interact with custom toolsets.
- Develop reliable AI systems using model selection, intelligent routing, fallback strategies, and rigorous generative AI evaluation.
- Lead cross-functional architecture discussions and translate product goals into robust, scalable technical designs.
- Oversee the lifecycle of large-scale software applications in enterprise production environments.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in AI/ML-related projects and production-scale generative AI deployment.
- Master’s or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expertise in multi-agent system design, distributed agentic workflows, and persistent state management.
- Strong knowledge of Agent Communication Protocols such as MCP and A2A.
- Expert-level software development and scalable, modular system architecture skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional architecture discussions and develop robust technical system designs.
- Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of AI/ML experience, technical leadership, Python proficiency, FastAPI or Flask experience, enterprise production experience, and generative AI evaluation expertise.
