Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy production-scale generative AI solutions for hardware engineering workflows.
- Design intelligent multi-agent systems with orchestration, coordination, and persistent state management.
- Build agents that automate engineering tasks, analyze high-dimensional data, and retrieve historical design intelligence.
- Develop interfaces for agents to invoke APIs, query high-dimensional databases, and interact with custom tools.
- Create scalable Python-based AI endpoints using FastAPI or Flask.
- Design model selection, intelligent routing, and fallback strategies across multiple LLM providers.
- Develop rigorous generative AI evaluation systems measuring agent performance, safety, and accuracy.
- Lead cross-functional architecture discussions and translate product goals into robust technical designs.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in AI/ML-related projects and production-scale generative AI deployment.
- Master’s or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of multi-agent system design, including orchestration, coordination, and persistent state management.
- Strong command of agent communication protocols such as MCP and A2A, plus distributed agentic workflow frameworks.
- Expert software development skills and experience designing scalable, modular systems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional architecture discussions and develop robust technical system designs.
- Preferred: 10+ years of professional AI/ML experience with sustained technical leadership and innovation.
- Preferred: proficiency in Python, including core and asynchronous programming, and FastAPI or Flask.
- Preferred: experience deploying generative AI solutions for complex, high-dimensional, domain-specific engineering data.
- Preferred: experience overseeing large-scale enterprise software applications through the full production lifecycle.
- Preferred: understanding of model selection, intelligent routing, fallback strategies, and generative AI evaluation.
