Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable generative AI solutions for complex wireless engineering and manufacturing data.
- Design multi-agent systems with orchestration, coordination, persistent state management, and distributed agentic workflows.
- Build intelligent agents that automate engineering tasks, analyze high-dimensional data, and surface design insights.
- Develop interfaces enabling agents to invoke APIs, query high-dimensional databases, and interact with custom tools.
- Create scalable, modular software systems and high-performance AI endpoints.
- Develop model selection, intelligent routing, fallback, and evaluation strategies for deployed agents.
- Lead cross-functional architecture discussions and translate product goals into robust technical designs.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in AI/ML-related projects and production-scale generative AI solutions.
- Master’s or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of multi-agent system design, including orchestration, coordination, and persistent state management.
- Strong command of Agent Communication Protocols such as MCP and A2A.
- Expert software development skills and experience designing scalable, modular architectures.
- Ability to lead cross-functional architecture discussions and technical system design.
- Preferred: 10+ years of professional AI/ML experience and technical leadership.
- Preferred: proficiency in Python, including asynchronous programming, and FastAPI or Flask.
- Preferred: experience deploying generative AI for high-dimensional, domain-specific engineering data.
- Preferred: experience overseeing large-scale enterprise production applications.
- Preferred: understanding of model selection, intelligent routing, fallback strategies, and generative AI evaluation systems.
